Shipping policy

Most orders are shipped within one business day.  Special requests may take longer depending what is needed.

All orders are shipped from the United States.  Our standard domestic shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage.

International shipping uses DDP services with a selection of carriers.  These rates include customs/import duties and local taxes (e.g. VAT).  The total price is calculated at checkout so that you can receive your delivery with no additional surprise fees.  Tracking is available and provided for all order shipments via email and on the order status page.

Please do not "refuse" international deliveries.  If the carrier or customs office tries to charge additional fees, explain that a DDP service was used and contact us with your order details to assist.  Refused deliveries are likely to be disposed of by the carrier as abandoned packages.

If your country is not listed for selection, or if all items appear to be out of stock, please inquire with our store via the Contact form.  In many cases the country can be added to enable ordering and shipping.  Please understand that some countries cannot be enabled due to temporary or long-term legal/political or logistical restrictions (such as trade sanctions or carrier suspension of service).

Shipping prices are calculated based on the destination and items ordered.  These are very close to the actual costs incurred in shipping.  It is not our aim to profit from shipping fees.  International shipping from the US is unfortunately expensive despite using the most economical option available.  Ordering something for a friend can be a great way to share the cost!
